My new Bleach OC, Bianca Blacchart.

300 years ago Bianca was one of the Captains of the Gotei 13 and the head of a research group similar to the Shinigami Research and Development Institute which would be created by Urahara many years later. During her short time as a Captain she was particularly ruthless, even towards her own subordinates. Amongst all else she despised Hollow due to an incident when she was younger in which her sister Nissa had been killed by one (It was this event that drove her to become the way she is).
Once she had been promoted to Captains rank she finally had the tools necessary to carry out her plan for vengeance.
Dabbing in Reishi research she attempted to created a virus that would specifically target Hollow and Hollow-like spirits, completely destroying them known as "Tamashī tabe uirusu" (Soul Eating Virus). The problem with this is that completely destroying Hollow would upset the balance. Before she was able to carry out her revenge they imprisoned her in the 6th layer of the central underground prison where she remained until the Vandenreich's attack on Soul Society.

Present Day: With the destruction of the Central Underground Prison at the hands of the Vandenreich leader Juha Bach Bianca was able to escape from her imprisonment and joined the Vandenreich. Seeing her as a potentially useful soldier Bach granted her the abilities of a Quincy and a high ranking spot in his army.
Bianca has the abilities of both a Shinigami Captain and a Quincy, able to access a fusion of her Bankai and Vollstandig.
She eventually develops a new strain of virus that can target both Hollow and Shinigami, herself being immune due to her blood being used as a catalyst.

I'll probably end up rewriting alot of this because its kind of a mess, but this is basically who she is.
