I'm.. so very lonely..

Perhaps the body he uses now once belonged to someone else? I think it'd be fun if it turned out to be Byakuya's father, his corpse being stolen by As Nodt to use, twisted and deformed in the process. 

Would this mean that As Nodt is not originally a Quincy, rather he was simply recruited into Bach's army at the promise of an endless supply of fresh corpses for him to use? Perhaps the reason he is forced to use false bodies would lead to Rukia discovering is weakness?

I've considered this Crack Theory for a while now, although I didn't plan on what this form would look like and instead just started drawing and it ended up looking like some kind of thorny Gashadokuro. 

I think it would explain how he is able to survive the attack Rukia used on him in the latest chapter:

"Damn! You destroyed my body! Do you have any idea how hard it is to fit into one of those?!"
