During the last arc of my story Kensei Muguruma briefly uses this form during his and Renji's battle against one of the Royal Guard members.
Despite the insane power boost this form gives him it doesn't last long against their opponent who has stolen Renji's Zanpakuto Spirit and transformed.

Too bad we never get to see this kind of power from him in the manga... such wasted potential in my opinion (but I guess Kubo does have like 5000 other characters to showcase too)
