Kisuke Urahara from Bleach in a Resurreccion (Fully Hollowfied/Released) form that I designed for him for my Bleach project, Bleach: Resurreccion
This is the fourth design that i've come up with for him, and personally my favorite. Here are some of the other versions:

This is the form that Urahara takes after getting hit by a mysterious energy beam that was fired out from the Senkaimon in the underground training room at the Urahara Shop. Completely losing control, he is transformed into a beast with nothing but the instinct to destroy.
His main attacks are a supersonic attack from his mouth which can disable his prey and two blade/claw weapons located at the ends of each of his tentacles which can slice through almost anything. He also has other dangerous abilities such as a powerful Cero and razor sharp blades at the tips of his large wings.
After Ichigo and friends retreat to Soul Society, Ryลซken Ishida and Isshin Kurosaki arrive to fight the Hollowfied Urahara and Yoruichi until Ichigo is able to figure out whats going on.
Originally hoping to keep the fight contained within the training room, the power of the two Hollows (Being many times greater then their Shinigami Selves) prove too great even for Ichigo and Ishida's dads and spills out into the city. In the end just before Ryuken and Isshin are about to be killed Urahara and Yoruichi revert back to their normal selves due to Ichigo finally defeating the mysterious duo who caused the whole mess.
