I'll have more info on Jacob soon, but I actually liked him and his son. Underworld: Awakening wasn't as bad as people make it out to be and was much better then the 5th film IMO.
For power levels he's weaker then Hybrid Michael Corvin but just a tiny tiny bit stronger then Michael was when he first transformed. He's weaker then William Corvinus and Marcus as well, even Viktor for that matter. I have Viktor at 6,500, Newly Transformed Michael at 6,000 and Full Power Michael at 7,500. Viktor is stronger then Michael was at first, overall. he had more experience and would have killed Michael had Selene not stepped in and to be honest I think Viktor probably could have taken Jacob down as well, though it wouldn't have been an easy fight by a long shot.
